Competition entries close this Friday for International Salon Culinaire taking place at Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) from 3-5 March at ExCeL, London.

This prestigious cooking competition has been running for over 100 years, and is still one of the biggest and most respected chef competitions in the UK with over 1000's chefs competing.

Past competition winners have included some of the UK's top chefs including: Gordon Ramsey, Simon Hulstone, Antony Worral Thompson, Ruth Hansom, Glynn Purnell and Adam Smith, you could be joining them as one of our 2020 medalists if you enter today.

For 2020, we have over 100 competitions within four categories including: Skills Theatre, Live Theatre, Salon Display and Sugarcraft all taking place across three days, each competition is open to all chefs from young chefs competing in their first competition to more seasoned chefs looking for a new challenge.

Spaces are now very limited with only a few spaces remaining in some of our competitions, so if you, your students or colleagues would like to take part please enter today.
