Loughborough College Masterclass

Pastry and Chocolate professional Shona Sutherland of Taystful guided students through a dessert masterclass. The students excelled in the creation and presentation of the dessert that Shona guided them through.

Consultant chef Halima Ferreira of Tailored Taste provided an introduction to the Burnt Chef Project alongside a wholesome culinary demonstration!

Chef Graeme Watson presented a motivating industry talk, full of information with the opportunity to ask those burning questions.
